- Lead consultative calls that address pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across CX, Onboarding, Sales, and Implementation to align on retention strategy.
- Drive retention outcomes using data, customer insights, and strong project management.
- Follow internal processes and playbooks while exceeding retention targets.
- 1-3 years in a SaaS sales, upgrade, or retention role with a proven track record.
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to handle objections and win trust.
- Data-driven mindset with forecasting and analysis experience.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
