- Support your education community through engaging, managing and maintaining the end-to-end lifecycle of the customer relationship.
- Provide inspiring end to end solutions for our education business customers, building strong partnerships and managing a portfolio of accounts
- Proactively guide our customers in making the right choice of products for their business across all Officeworks product and services range
- Methodically plan your week to meet customer expectations, build relationship and deliver category/portfolio growth
- Develop working relationships with School Bodies, Boards, Procurement teams across school types, always seeking out opportunities to grow the business and brand and work with their team to support ongoing growth and profitability
- Attend trade conferences and other key events, identifying new business opportunities for the secondary school offer
- 5+ years' experience in business-to-business sales and account development, ideally within office supplies and/or technology solutions for education
- A strong understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs, whilst maximising customer satisfaction
- Good understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management with the ability to initiate new ideas/concepts
- Strong commercial acumen with an Analytical and inquisitive mind
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable
