- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and document management
- Handling general correspondence, customer inquiries, and internal communications
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes
- Proven experience in administration or business support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with TechOne, SAP, Civica or Infor Pathway is a bonus!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a willingness to help where needed
- A genuine passion for working in public service and making a positive impact
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
