- Support product financials through growth, retention and cost saving initiatives for shareholders and customer.
- Deliver on product proposition including design, development, and ongoing product management.

- Build a sustainable high performing team culture, ensuring the team has a strong brand and recognition internally and externally.
- Provide input and contribution to product strategy and roadmap including design, business case(s), recommendations, then driving execution.
- Collaborate with Fund Managers (predominantly AMPI) on all matters relating to AMP Super Products including investments added, closed and removed from product menus, contract management and engagement with Investment Governance, the CIO, STO and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and influence engagement with internal and external stakeholders/customers (including Licensees, Advisers, Boards, Customers etc) to ensure strong understanding of the adviser and customer experience so product initiatives align with their needs/business models and optimise the customer and adviser experience.
- Lead and successfully deliver product initiatives supporting the overall S&I Strategy and Roadmap.
- Lead the ongoing monitoring and refreshing of the product strategy and roadmap.
- Accountable for all ongoing BAU requirements of the products including research house reporting, competitor analysis and ensuring compliance with e.g. disclosure, product communications, incident and breach management, complaints, regulatory change, defined benefit management, reporting, operating within the risk management framework etc.
- Support on engagement with AMP Boards including Trustee and external Regulators including ASIC and APRA.
- Work closely with Marketing to help them deliver campaigns to engage, grow and retain members.
- Assist the Senior Leader MT Product in the day-day leadership of Product Managers, Assistant Product Managers and Product Analysts within the team
- 5 to 8+ years' experience within product management and working across a fast paced, customer/client service orientated team environment driving a collaborative, high performance culture.
- Strong understanding and experience of superannuation and end to end business operations within the Product team's portfolio.
- Ability to deliver results through others via effective leadership and coaching.
- Understanding of competitors propositions and Superannuation/Investment industry trends.
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for superannuation.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (not mandatory).
- RG146 qualifications (not mandatory).
- Proven capability in driving complex programs.
- Proven capability in identifying and delivering change
