- Own the overall Digital & Social strategy partnering with relevant stakeholders to develop Digital components of Marketing Plans and Initiatives.
- Be future focused monitoring trends, audience insights, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve
- Lead social media strategy and content planning across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.) to drive engagement, build brand love, and support commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging
- Analyse performance metrics and optimize for growth, engagement, and ROI data to insights to continuously enhance planning & execution
- Execute powerful digital initiatives and programmes including campaigns leveraging digital media, eCRM, advocacy driving SEO, SEM & paid media strategy and execution maximising return in conjunction with the brand teams
- Community & Influencers: collaborating with Nestle consumer engagement services to ensure community management excellence across touchpoints
- Website & YouTube: Manage website updates/best practice for user experience working with Digital Services, or agency to facilitate implementation and leading YouTube channels.
- A proven track record in strategic planning & implementation of digital and social marketing
- Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high performing culture & dynamic environment.
- Understanding of use of best practice digital marketing tools and services and well versed in digital media basics - planning, buying and integration.
- Well-versed in the trends and innovations within the digital marketing realm and able to bring relevant insights and best practices to the business.
