​A new opportunity is now available for a Data and Change Specialist to join our KYC Centre of Excellence team. Are you ready to make an impact?As our Data & Change Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of data and systems linked change services. This will include requirements gathering, sourcing and integrating data, building data models and reports, publishing insights, and ongoing maintenance and optimisation of analytical assets to support KYC COE team.You’ll also support additional functional tribes (e.g., Risk, Operations, Compliance) in the delivery of data and change initiatives, contributing to enterprise-wide performance uplift. You’ll work closely with the COE Lead in supporting the Head of KYC/FCP to execute a data driven strategy in relation to change and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.Your key responsibility will be the end-to-end management of initiatives for system related changes that contributes to the improvement in overall functional performance including targets (Digi60, OPS60, CX, CI).This is a permanent role based in Sydney.What you’ll do
  • Develop and maintain complex datasets and tools to understand all aspects of operational performance and trends to senior stakeholders and business partners.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendation on process improvements to COE Lead and Head of KYC/FCP, to allow for key decisions such as improvements in TM and CDD system performance.
  • Utilise best practice change management, data analysis and visualisation techniques to convey insights, facilitate discovery and promote self-service predictive analytics.
  • Translate large volume of complex requirements from multiple sources for operational and functional reporting.
  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for end-to-end management of system linked initiatives incl. portfolio roadmap that contribute to improvement in overall functional performance and targets.
  • Manage Group interactions incl. requirement gathering, impact analysis and rollout for system driven CI and change initiatives.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience as a Business Data Analyst, or similar, with experience in developing and implementing data models for system gap analysis and process definitions.
  • An analytical mindset and prior experience working with large complex data, multiple data sources and reporting tools (MS SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful initiation and implementation of change.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working, self-steering teams and empowering of colleagues within a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related discipline.
