- Contribute to develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled
- Managing a Portfolio of up to 5 sites for a capacity of ~1000MW all located in Australia
- Maximize total return for each asset through the analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
- Establish a collaborative relationship with the EPC & O&M contractor with the aim of maximising the safe asset performance and operation.
- Build strong team relationships and establish effective communication and collaboration working practices with client-owners
- Support divestment initiatives as required and in line with business strategy
- Manage day to day operations of the Asset Management organization providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
- Review and manage all SPVs contracts for SPVs obligations and other contract party respectively, including insurance
- Performance review of the sites as well as analysis of potential optimisation projects/actions
- Regular review of site performance on monitoring platform
- Monitor and control all financial budgets
- Monthly review of operational and financial KPIs, identification of improvement opportunities
- Support Financial manager with analysis of P&L variance and CF Forecast and Solar plants Budget
- Preparation of stakeholders reporting
- Responsible for managing the sub-portfolio from commercial, financial and technical perspective; dealing and managing internal and external stakeholders including external clients
- Oversee main contractors (including EPC and O&M) to ensure compliance with relevant obligations
- Manage contractual process, such as PAC-IAC-FAC, with the EPC Contractor in coordination with the Technical department
- Monitor and influence all maintenance and operations and maintenance activities for the assets
- Maintain and grow good relations with all contract parties. Manage and co-ordinate potential contract modifications
- Overall management of the energy sales done by Energy Sales Management team and approve and monitor all payments of the plant
- Accounting an A/P
- Invoice collection sign off
- Recommendation on required unbudgeted cost
- Assist Energy Sales team with FIT/ROC and market electricity revenue collection
- Facilitate onboarding from project management to operational management
- Solar Companies project documentation management
- Develop compliance calendar, manage and monitor compliance in all contracts and activities
- Review and manage all SPVs contracts for SPVs obligations and other contract party respectively, including insurance
- Knowledge of Australia and global renewables market (large-scale solar PV and Battery storage)
- Understanding of the key contracts to manage and awareness of the critical stakeholders to manage for a based solar or Battery asset
- Knowledge of the Solar (and BESS preferably) asset lifecycle
- Technical knowledge (preferable but not essential) of large-scale solar and Battery assets
- Strong process orientation and technical IT skills support automatization of processes
- Proficiency in SAP financial systems
- 5 years' of experience in the role preferably in the solar market
- The ideal candidate may have worked for financial investors active in the renewable space internationally, and IPP or a vertically integrated developer
- The ideal candidate will have proven track records delivering FAC processes / O&M handovers

- Able to work efficiently and effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is essential
- Effective track record in managing successfully sites from remote location
- Driving license is advantageous given the requirement to attend site visits

- Strong technical IT skills (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Degree level in a subject applicable in the renewable industry
