While your day-to-day focus will be on providing individual care, you’ll also be helping to uphold the rights and well-being of some of our most valued community members.About the RoleAt Hawksbury Gardens, we aim to create more than just a place to live; we strive to build a true sense of home for every resident. In your role as a Personal Care Attendant, you’ll provide practical support with day-to-day needs while helping foster a warm, respectful environment where residents feel safe, valued, and connected.What your day will look like:

Provide responsive and respectful personal care tailored to individual care plans
Work alongside Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure high standards of care
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and other personal needs
Promote social connection and activity participation
Keep accurate records and ensure care plans are followed consistently

It’s All About YouWe’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality aged care.What You Bring to the RoleWe’d love to hear from you if you:

Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Have a current NDIS Worker Check (essential)
Have experience in personal care and aged care environments
Can work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
Show empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with older people
