About the Role:The Head of Marketing is responsible for the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and leadership of the marketing function. This includes full accountability for the development and execution of the group-wide marketing strategy, budget management, team leadership, and organizational planning.This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams, delivering measurable business outcomes, and managing complex, multi-brand marketing operations within matrixed environments. The successful candidate will have deep expertise across all key marketing disciplines — brand, digital, communications, performance, PR, and content — with demonstrated success in end-to-end campaign delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional project leadership.The Head of Marketing will empower the marketing team to perform at their highest capability, act as a key interface between the marketing function and executive leadership, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing through integrated and innovative campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated, business-aligned marketing strategy across all brands.
  • Lead the company wide roll out of the Master Brand Strategy. Project manage all stakeholders and lead the implementation of all marketing changes
  • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across business units.
  • Full ownership of marketing budget forecasting and spend.
  • Track marketing ROI and reallocate resources as needed.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and tools within budget constraints.
  • Build strong and collaborative cross-functional relationships with senior leaders, product, sales, and clinical teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team.
  • Oversee the Brand & Comms team on brand building initiatives across all channels and ensure consistency.
  • Work with Brand & Comms team to translate strategy into execution
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing team on performance digital ads, CRM, SEO, CMS, and digital analytics.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team on campaign testing, optimization, and growth marketing strategies.
Key Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing roles, including tenure in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in managing multi-channel strategies across digital, brand, content, and performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in marketing budget ownership, forecasting, and demonstrating ROI.
  • Experienced in upward management — confident presenting to CEO/Board and aligning cross-functional teams to shared objectives.
