You’ll manage a team of 5+ (including indirect and offshore reports) and play a key role in cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, analytics, and engineering.This is a true leadership role , suited to someone who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys mentoring teams, and brings a commercially-minded, test-and-learn approach to performance growth.Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of performance marketing across all key acquisition channels
Lead and develop a multi-tiered team with clear accountability and growth paths
Partner with sales and analytics teams to drive conversion and margin across the funnel
Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI reporting
Drive channel diversification and experimentation to future-proof performance
Champion the use of MarTech and automation to unlock scale and efficiencies
Build strong relationships with media partners, tech vendors, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition roles
Proven success leading large teams in fast-paced, lead-gen or eComm environments
Deep expertise across Google, Meta, programmatic, and retargeting channels
Highly commercial with a strong understanding of acquisition metrics and unit economics
Collaborative leader with mature stakeholder management and communication skills
Passion for team development, innovation, and driving measurable outcomes
