This won't be your average generalist role - you'll be able to combine your highly technical skillset to that of being a jack of all trades.We want to work smarter not harder, so we'll want you to show initiative and think outside the box, coming to the table with process improvement initiatives and new ways of work.This role reports directly to our Head of IT & InfoSec and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Melbourne CBD office.Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Provide day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business.
Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues, from laptop problems and network issues, to automated account provisioning failures and SSO problems.
Collaborate with our Security team to ensure we strike the right balance between security, productivity and user experience.
Continually find opportunities to automate our processes and improve user experience.
Empower our people to help themselves by designing and building self-service solutions.
Monitor and maintain all the tech in our offices -meeting rooms, audio visual equipment, networking, printers, digital signage.
Implement, manage and maintain complex technical projects.

Our ideal candidate

Experience in administration across various SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
Experience with Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra.
Experience administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies such as OAuth, OIDC and SAML.
Understanding of identity provisioning technologies such as SCIM.
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Experience implementing a range of technical projects across various technologies and platforms.
Experience with scripting, using APIs and automating repetitive tasks.
Experience managing and deploying applications to macOS and iOS.
Experience installing, implementing and maintaining office networks and remote access (VPN/Zero Trust).
A keen willingness to learn new technology and the ability to work independently.
