- Provides technical leadership, managing projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring quality in the delivery of mechanical engineering deliverables
- Mentors and guides with less experienced engineers

- Ensure designs meet specifications, are cost-effective, reliable, and have a low environmental impact
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
- Contributes to design review workshops and quality checks
- Foster a culture of safe delivery, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
- Minimum 12 years' direct experience managing projects on major hazards facilities (MHF)
- Demonstrable experience of embedding safety considerations into all aspects of mechanical engineering and design
- Proven experience of being directly involved on projects in the chemicals / agricultural sectors
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)
- Must be available to work onsite in Laverton, Victoria
