This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a client-facing role with a leading name in the building products and interiors industry.As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work closely with architects and designers, learning how to manage the specification process while building strong relationships across the industry. Full training and support will be provided, making this a great role for someone with a passion for design and an interest in developing a sales career.What you’ll be doing:

Building relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers
Learning the sales and specification process from the ground up
Supporting the senior BDM team with client visits, presentations, and project follow-ups
Growing your knowledge of building products and design solutions
Helping deliver tailored solutions that bring projects to life

What we’re looking for:

Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field (study or early career)
Strong communication and presentation skills
A genuine interest in moving into a sales and business development career
Enthusiasm, drive, and a proactive approach to learning
Confidence to connect with people and build professional relationships
