As a Consultant at AlphaSys, you will suppport the design and delivery of platform-based solutions + primarily Salesforce - for clients across various for-purpose industries, including nonprofit, education, and membership organisations. While you will take ownership of configuration based implementations, you will have support of Consulting Directors, Functional Consultants, Solution/Technical Architects, Developers and Project Managers to deliver meaningful technology outcomes that improve how organisations engage with their communities and operate internally.This role is ideal for a Salesforce certified administrator or early career consultant who's ready to step up. As you deliver amazing client outcomes, master our ways of working and demonstrate a desire for continuous learning, there are opportunities to step up to a Salesforce Functional Consulting role taking lead on larger transformational projects.Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end solutions, encompassing planning, design, development, testing, training, and handover.
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, training and deployment tasks across assigned
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on client communication, project risk management, and budget adherence.
- Create user stories, process maps, solution documentation and other business modes to a high standard.
- Assist with data migration and integration tasks using established frameworks and guidance.
- Work proactively within AlphaSys delivery methodologies, asking for help when needed but owning your growth.
- Progress toward certifications, skill milestones, and delivery responsibilities aligned to a Functional Consultant career path.
- 1 – 3 years of Salesforce experience in a system administrator or consultant capacity.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) required or actively being pursued.
- Experience with community-facing platforms (e.g. CRM, fundraising, case management, education management, or
- Ideally prior experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds, Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) and/or Education Data
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core objects, automation tools, and reporting features.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentation.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to understanding business processes and user needs.
- Ability to work independently on tasks while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools, domains, and delivery methods.
- Passion for using technology to improve real-world outcomes in purpose-driven sectors.
