You’ll coordinate monthly meetings, prepare agendas, capture and circulate minutes, manage SharePoint files, and oversee follow-up on action items and decisions.A big focus will also be onboarding new members, developing a professional welcome pack and resources (PowerPoint, member profiles, tenure details) to help them quickly understand the group and its work. Depending on your skills, you may also assist with drafting letters, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating legal advice.Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate monthly meetings
- Prepare and distribute agendas, invitations, and meeting packs
- Capture minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-through
- Maintain records and resources in SharePoint and Teams
- Develop onboarding materials for new group members
- Assist with drafting correspondence and liaising with suppliers where required
- Support quarterly in-person meetings (ideally)
You’re a highly organised professional with experience supporting senior executives, ideally in an EA or Secretariat capacity. You’re confident managing multiple stakeholders, have strong written communication skills, and are adept at keeping people on track. Experience with SharePoint and Teams is essential.What’s on Offer
