About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Board Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our Boards and Committees across ART, ART Life, and Subsidiaries. You’ll work closely with Company Secretaries to manage meeting logistics, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes.Day to day, you'll:
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including invites, logistics, and on-the-day support.
Draft and distribute meeting materials, including minutes and reports.
Maintain accurate records in SharePoint and Diligent.
Support updates to the ART website and intranet.
Assist with document execution and regulatory information requests.
Maintain procedures, checklists, and registers for the Secretariat team.

Advanced to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with people at all skill levels.
Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines.
Well-developed attention to detail.
