
IT Operations Analyst

- Deliver technical support to end users for hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely).
- Provide support and administration for Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Jumpcloud etc.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems.
- Process staff timely onboarding and offboardings w.r.t. access, peripherals, device ordering and liaising.
- Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of VC room equipment (including Google meets and third-party devices).
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of daily technical issues within SLA targets.
- Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues as required.
