We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in machine or equipment operation. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of packaging materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Pay rate: $41 + shift penaltiesYour responsibilities will include:

Operating the slitting machine and other related equipment

Monitoring machine performance and conducting quality checks on packaging materials

Setting up machinery for different production runs according to job specifications

Ensuring efficient production output while minimizing material waste

Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues

Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience operating production or packaging machinery (slitting experience highly regarded)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

A commitment to safety and following procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
