- Curate and activate authentic content (video, photography, blogs) for internal and external EY platforms, ensuring compliance with EY's risk policies while managing and publishing content effectively.
- Utilise analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance, support the development of a cohesive brand identity, and ensure it resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with BD teams, Service Line Leaders, and cross-functional teams to align brand efforts with business goals, while identifying opportunities to cross-promote content across BMC and Talent teams.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of brand campaigns that enhance EY's market presence, acting as a brand guardian to ensure adherence to EY's brand identity and global messaging.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes across concurrent campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across digital and social platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Committed team player and collaborator with strong relationship building skills.
