Reporting to a Team Leader, you’ll be part of a fast-paced HR team, focusing on onboarding, employment contract management, and record maintenance. Success in this role requires attention to detail, lateral thinking, and a passion for HR. As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you’ll gain hands-on experience and opportunities for growth within our Enterprise People and Culture Team. - Explain job policies and procedures to other areas of the organization, including working to gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and respond to HR queries promptly and appropriately
- Create and update HR documentation such as contracts and variation letters
- Ensure compliance in all HR systems and employee files
- Coordinate new employee onboarding process efficiently
- Participate in HR projects and provide administrative support
- Assist in managing internal personnel movement and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous HRIS experience would be highly regarded
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources would be highly regarded
