In this role, you will effectively manage the delivery and coordination of design, working toward successful project outcomes.Perth Women and Babies HospitalWebuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.Who we areWebuild in Australia is comprised of Webuild, Clough and e2o.   • Monitor and evaluate the work of designers allocated to the project to ensure that their progress meets requirements.
  • Assist in the design approval process by coordinating issue resolution.
  • Work in conjunction with the Design Manager around project resourcing.
  • Assist with client and stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Manage work and performance of subcontractors with design responsibility.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Diploma or Tertiary (Bachelor) qualification in Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • 3 years' experience in the field of tendering project delivery.
  • Multi-discipline project experience is desirable in Building, Construction, Design.
  • Awareness of people management processes
  • Knowledge of project management structure, plans, specifications, standards and implications for project accountabilities.
