The core focus of this role is to guarantee effective communication and smooth coordination across all maintenance-related enquiries
  • Liaising with key clients regarding service and maintenance inquiries
  • Coordinating with suppliers and ordering parts
  • Schedule trades
  • Collaborate closely with the internal teams

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.
  • 1+ years of experience working for a Project or Custom Home Builder
  • Transferable experience in Client Liaison and Shires role considered
  • Exceptional high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
  • Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
