- Monthly accounting and assurance reporting and analysis: completion of P&L and Balance Sheet assurance activities including producing timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis to proactively manage financials; balance sheet reconciliations and open item management, with a focus to insights into actions
- Process Management and Continuous Improvement: support streamlining of accounting and assurance processes through innovation and leverage tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Strategic / Operational initiatives: support various strategic and operational initiatives (e.g. reconciliation uplift and Blackline automation)
- Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with various stakeholders including offshore partners, finance and IT to ensure alignment and provide financial/accounting support for projects and ongoing financial management.
- Compliance and Governance: support audit and governance related activities. Ensure that all accounting practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining strong internal controls and governance.
- Take accountability for assigned work tasks, working independently and collaborating with internal stakeholders as required
- Leverage your analytical skills to undertake high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis, building your subject matter expertise through active thought leadership, to provide insights into key decisions
- Model a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and learning to support team members within and external to the group
- Collaborating and business partnering with stakeholders
- In-depth technical accounting experience, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in financial systems and IT tools/processes to optimise data analysis, transformation and reporting
- Knowledge of controls, QA and governance frameworks

- Hold Degree in Accounting
