- Develop, capture and rationalisation of business requirements
- Design and document business process workflows, change impact assessments and develop training material
- Participate in, or facilitate stakeholder needs analysis workshops
- Performing Business Readiness analysis before project implementations
- Ad hoc reporting/analysis
- Maximo (MAS) system administration and analysis
- Field Mobility Services system administration and analysis
- Qualification in IT or Business systems is desirable but not required
- Experience with field mobility service systems will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills ensuring efficient task prioritization
- Strong project execution skills and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Focused on upskilling, continuous development, training and self-improvement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite
