
IT Systems Analyst - EAM & Ticketing

- Manage daily operations of EAM and telematics systems supporting fleet maintenance, asset lifecycle, spare parts inventory, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
- Oversee integration between EAM, telematics platforms, and financial systems to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
- Collaborate with fleet, engineering, safety, and finance teams to optimise system usage and reporting.
- Support automation of work order processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse telematics data to provide insights into vehicle utilisation, fuel efficiency, driver behaviour, and compliance.
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business users.
- Manage day-to-day operation of Kinetic's fare ticketing system across SkyBus and other services.
- Work with marketing and commercial teams to design, implement, and update fare products and ticketing rules.
- Ensure student ticketing system is maintained in compliance with state government regulations.
- Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience.
- Collaborate with external vendors, transport authorities, and regulators as required.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and IT for system enhancements and change requests.
- Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and support configuration/testing activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and leverage automation.
- Support project delivery for system upgrades, integrations, or new feature rollouts.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis or application support, ideally in transport, logistics, or asset-heavy industries.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g., Infor, Maximo, SAP, or similar).
- Experience working with telematics platforms for fleet monitoring and performance management.
- Experience with fare ticketing systems or transactional customer platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations between operations and financial systems.
- Familiarity with GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) and NeTEx (Network Exchange) standards highly beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
