contract perusal and dealing with the clients
on line searches
Following up on outstanding conditions
PEXA settlements
Settlement statements
and general file management dutiesYou will use SmokeBall precedents. There is also the opportunity to be trained up to assist on leasing and commercial property files.Your experienceYou will need to have a minimum of 2 years Qld Residential Conveyancing Paralegal experience.The Law Firm / SalarySmall law firm of 3 staff based at Wishart. Free parking on site, close to cafes and public transport.
