- Provide front desk reception, greet visitors, and manage phone and email communications.
- Support daily office operations, including meeting coordination, maintaining supplies, and general admin tasks.
- Prepare and manage client records, reports, and documentation in line with organisational procedures.
- Assist with financial processes such as invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and purchase orders.
- VET Cert III in Administration or similar qualifications.
- Evidence of administration experience of more than 2 years.
- Demonstration of clear and effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Ability to work with others with Culturally Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Backgrounds.
