- Strong experience in corporate reception or high-end hotel hospitality
- Demonstrated success prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and initiative
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a solution focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency using Microsoft Office software programs.
