Are you looking to kickstart your career in the heavy machinery industry?Cavpower's Cat Rental Store is seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our team and support our technicians in delivering exceptional service to our customers.Located at Regency Park, The Cat Rental Store provides premium quality rental products and support services to mining, civil construction, industrial and local government customers.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist technicians with maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on rental equipment
Clean and prepare machinery for rental, ensuring it meets quality standards
Help with parts inventory management and organization
Administrative tasks required to manage rental fleet hire process
Adherence to a high level of safety and contamination control standards

Skills and experience required include:

Enthusiasm for the heavy machinery industry and a willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Current and valid driver's and High-Risk Forklift licence essential
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
