Synaco by Synergie is seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our client’s team in Wingfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company specialising in the production of high-quality agricultural equipment and components.You will be working on Day Shift with and the chance to secure a long-term role in a clean, modern workshop.Shift Details:

Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm
Pay Rate: $32+ per hour (depending on experience)

Duties include:

Cutting steel to size using various tools
Punching holes and assisting in fabrication work
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
General trade assistant duties to support the production team
Using hand and power tools
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings (essential)
Competent with hand and power tools
Physically fit, reliable, and a team player
Forklift license is an advantage (not essential)
