This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office.Key accountabilities include:
- Deliver high quality, accurate information to members
- Answer enquiries (by phone, fax, email or mail) promptly, competently and professionally, using correct processes, procedures and systems
- Manage member details and identify member retention, growth and service opportunities
- Understanding information in relation to the health insurance industry as well as understanding Doctors’ Health Funds products, processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective answering of member queries.
- Participating in coaching and training required to keep knowledge and skills up to date
- HSC or equivalent preferred
- A friendly and approachable personality and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including listening and effective questioning skills
- Time management, customer service, a growth mindset, resilience, conflict resolution and attention to detail
- An aptitude to learn with a willingness to be involved and contribute to the success of the company.
