- Lead the annual performance and development review process
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
- Optimise HR operations and systems
- Manage employee relations, Fair Work matters, and safety incidents
- Ensure compliance across HRIS, HSEQ audits, and regulatory frameworks
- You’ll be a trusted advisor to the executive team, helping align people strategy with business goals and fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture
- Support Payroll offshore.
- Bright, sparky, and commercially minded
- A natural coach and collaborator with strong partnering skills
- Experienced (5+ years) in HR, ideally with exposure to design, construction, or project-based environments (However, this is not essential)
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite
- Skilled in performance management, compliance, and employee engagement
- Passionate about unlocking potential and driving business outcomes
