About the Organisation:Are you a confident, forward-thinking HR professional ready to partner with senior leadership and shape the future of a growing business? This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary organisation with a footprint across Australia, known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.About the Role:Reporting into the Executive Leadership team, this is not your average HR role. You’ll be embedded in the business, working closely with teams to:

Lead the annual performance and development review process
Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
Optimise HR operations and systems
Manage employee relations, Fair Work matters, and safety incidents
Ensure compliance across HRIS, HSEQ audits, and regulatory frameworks
You’ll be a trusted advisor to the executive team, helping align people strategy with business goals and fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture
Support Payroll offshore.

About you:We’re looking for someone who is:

Bright, sparky, and commercially minded
A natural coach and collaborator with strong partnering skills
Experienced (5+ years) in HR, ideally with exposure to design, construction, or project-based environments (However, this is not essential)
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite
Skilled in performance management, compliance, and employee engagement
Passionate about unlocking potential and driving business outcomes
