- General administrative sales & service support
- Day to day customer order processing and invoicing
- Customer account setup up and management
- Support the preparation of quotes and presentations for new and existing customers
- Stock control and parts ordering/requests
- Logistics tracking and management
- Establish and maintain effective information, filing and data systems
- Stock control, reporting and parts ordering/requests
- Warranty processing
- Other administrative and approval requirements. (E.g., expense forms, purchase orders, standard approval forms, mail, debtor follow-up)
- Assisting with Customer queries
- Support components sales and service strategy both externally and internally
- Assist in all other areas of Components Administration as required
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the Administration process
- Reman Administration including the co-ordination of Core Returns, record keeping and costs tracking
- Experience with the Liebherr administrative systems (BAAN/LISA desirable)
- Previous experience in in Business or a related field
- Team player
