- Monday to Friday corporate hours.
- High end corporate client.
- Work collaboratively within a skilled kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals.
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations and follow best practices in food safety and hygiene.
- Oversee catering controls and stock management, with a strong focus on minimizing waste.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by offering outstanding customer service, sharing ideas, and being adaptable to meet business needs.
- Support both daily service and catering functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Bring experience in high-end or fine dining environments to enhance the quality of service delivery.
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- 4 years in high end/fine dining with catering is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Be a team player, but also be able to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail and great time management is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
