- Make calls to prospects for new business discovery.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, developing and nurturing connections/relationships with prospects by phone or email.
- Accurately communicate the value of our products and services.
- Gather valuable qualifying information from prospects.
- Schedule consultations for prospects with Account Executives.
- Maintain and accurately manage Salesforce and Salesloft activities, and activities related to other business tools.
- Responsible for keeping the database records updated with correct email addresses, phone numbers, and other pertinent information related to the perspective customer.
- Meet or exceed monthly quota objectives for setting sales-qualified appointments.
- Operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism, conducting yourself in a way that builds trust and credibility.
- Support team members and other associates.
- Work under general supervision, but a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and creativity is required.

- High School Diploma required. College degree or relevant work experience preferred.
- 1-2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, Account Development, or Sales, with B2b SaaS (software) category experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, self-aware, and disciplined.
- A competitive mindset with a desire to win and a willingness to be coached.
- Great team player with the ability to work independently.
