- Qualifications: A Degree or Diploma qualification in Human Services or A Certificate IV in Community Services, Disability, Mental Health OR a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work.

- Experience: You’ve worked with people facing complex psychosocial challenges and know how to motivate and support them in achieving their goals.
- Skills: You’re a problem-solver, a listener, and a compassionate guide. You have strong professional boundaries, and you’re skilled at managing crises and conflicts.
- Energy: You’re ready to bring your best to every client interaction, seeing the person beyond the challenges.
