Company DescriptionJob DescriptionSodexo, Australia's largest provider of services to the energy and resource sector, is seeking Maintenance Supervisor who will work accross our remote sites on a permanent full-time basis on a 14:7 roster.About the role
  • Reports to Property & Maintenance Manager
  • Manage the Preventative Maintenance schedules and Reactive Maintenance works in residential properties and Accommodation Villages
  • Provide leadership and supervision to our maintenance team
  • Assist the team on the tools as required
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement and technical excellence
  • Contribute towards any improvements or initiatives relating to productivity or costs.
  • Work in partnership with our client and key stakeholders
Skills & experience
  • Trade or Engineering qualification
  • Warehousing, manufacturing, or trades background
  • CMMS experience (essential)
  • Urbanise system knowledge (desirable)
  • Strong financial literacy and ability to manage budgets and commercial agreements
  • Experience with preventative and condition-based maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and safety
