- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing sites, tailoring your approach to suit individual needs and providing information about the MATES program
- Coordinate and schedule site visits and training sessions across South East Queensland
- Provide direct support to construction workers doing it tough, connecting them with the right services and resources
- Encourage sites to become active and grow to MATES in Construction accreditation and involvements with all pograms
- Keep accurate records and contribute to reporting and data collection
- Assist with broader community engagement activities to grow the reach and impact of the MATES program
- A background in construction (or a similar field) and a strong ability to relate to the people who work in it
- A genuine interest in mental health, suicide prevention, and making a difference
- Excellent people and communication skill - you are easily approachable, a good listener, and confident presenting to groups
- A collaborative, team-first mindset, but also able to work independently and manage your time
- You are flexible in the way you work and can adapt to changing situations
- A values-aligned, proactive attitude, you are someone who shows up and gets involved

- Salary of $89 852 + 12% superannuation
