This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Logan & Beaudesert region, with a fully maintained work vehicle and all necessary tools provided.Key Responsibilities:

Complete general home maintenance and repairs (e.g., smoke alarms, grab rails, taps, locks)
Install and maintain Assistive Technology devices
Conduct home safety and security assessments
Coordinate with contractors for larger works
Respond to service requests and client/contractor enquiries
Maintain accurate records using TRACCS client management system
Manage admin tasks related to service delivery

About you:

Experience in residential repairs or maintenance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Commitment to equitable, client-focused service
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Additional Requirements:

Trade qualification in Carpentry (essential)
Blue Card
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
National Police Check (within the last 3 months or willing to obtain)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – "Quality, Safety and You"
Current C-class driver’s licence
