
Aged Care Customer Service

- Answer inbound calls from clients and triage inquiries across rostering, package coordination, and eligibility for aged care services.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, referral status, and service provision.
- Provide clear, compassionate information and direct calls appropriately.
- Work closely with a tight-knit, supportive team (5 people), reporting directly to a hands-on Team Leader.
- Exceptional phone manner β clear, warm, and confident.
- Customer service or call centre experience in the Aged Care sector is highly valued.
- Intermediate Excel skills, strong with data entry and input systems (Procura knowledge a plus).
- Able to hit the ground running, but we offer supportive onboarding and training.
- Must be enthusiastic, team-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Holiday Visa holders welcome β must be fluent and clear in English.
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time in-office, Monday to Friday, 9:00β5:00 (some flex: 8:30β4:30)
- Location: Office-based, Salisbury South (carparking provided!)
- Duration: Initial contract to 30 July (possible extension or permanency)
