🚨 URGENT HIRE: Aged Care Customer Service Officer – Full-Time In-Office | Immediate Start 🚨Are you a confident communicator with experience in Aged Care or call centre support? We’re on the hunt for a clear-speaking, enthusiastic, and adaptable professional to be the first point of contact on our busy 1300 line.What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from clients and triage inquiries across rostering, package coordination, and eligibility for aged care services.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, referral status, and service provision.
  • Provide clear, compassionate information and direct calls appropriately.
  • Work closely with a tight-knit, supportive team (5 people), reporting directly to a hands-on Team Leader.
What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptional phone manner – clear, warm, and confident.
  • Customer service or call centre experience in the Aged Care sector is highly valued.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, strong with data entry and input systems (Procura knowledge a plus).
  • Able to hit the ground running, but we offer supportive onboarding and training.
  • Must be enthusiastic, team-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working Holiday Visa holders welcome – must be fluent and clear in English.
Role Details
  • Start: ASAP
$35 plus super per hour
  • Hours: Full-time in-office, Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:00 (some flex: 8:30–4:30)
  • Location: Office-based, Salisbury South (carparking provided!)
  • Duration: Initial contract to 30 July (possible extension or permanency)
  • Environment: Professional, collaborative, never solo. You’ll always be supported.
  • Dress Code: Smart casual
  • Clearances: Police check required
