This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to take on a full-time role within a growing regional health service. The position offers a broad scope of practice across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with access to a dynamic maternity service supporting over 500 births annually.The role involves providing high-quality, multidisciplinary care alongside midwives, GP obstetricians, paediatricians, and allied health professionals, while contributing to clinical supervision, service planning, and education. The maternity unit includes a Level 4 obstetrics service and a Level 3 special care nursery, supporting a diverse patient population.The successful applicant will also participate in strategic service development, collaborate with Aboriginal health and community programs, and contribute to ongoing research and training.This position is well-supported by links to several universities and offers access to education, professional development, and a generous remuneration package.Location

The position requires AHPRA Specialist registration (FRANZCOG) or Advanced Trainees with eligibility for FRANZCOG within 6 months.
Overseas Specialist qualifications assessed by RANZCOG as Substantially Comparable/ Specialist looking to be assessed are welcome to apply.
