- Analyse and document current and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0; identify inefficiencies and apply Lean Six Sigma for operational improvements.
- Create standard operating procedures aligned with best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and goals, gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Convert business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical/system requirements.
- Analyse KPIs and workforce data; produce dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to inform decisions.
- Use statistical methods to identify patterns, performance issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead workshops and training sessions, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth change adoption across departments.
- Identify and support automation and digital integration efforts, aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.
- Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 for process modeling and optimization.
- Experience in business analysis methodologies, including BABOK framework, UML, use cases, and user story writing.
- Strong knowledge of ground handling operations, workforce planning, and aviation KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python preferred).
- Experience working with ERP, WFM, and rostering systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, ARIS, Signavio).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in ground handling.
- Experience in automation tools, RPA, or AI-driven process improvements is a plus.
