Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.About the roleAs a Change Delivery Lead within our Transformation team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business units are ready and supported through streams of transformation activity. This 12-month fixed term contract offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of change enablement programs, coordinate readiness activities, and manage communications that support successful change adoption.You'll be the central point of contact for change within your stream, fostering strong relationships across the organisation and ensuring a cohesive and positive change experience for our people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving meaningful transformation.The experience we are looking forWe're looking for a confident change leader who thrives in complex environments and brings people on the journey. You'll be someone who can translate strategy into action, and who understands that successful transformation is as much about people as it is about process.To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
  • 3-5 years' experience planning and implementing change management within cross functional transformation programs.
  • A strong grasp of change methodologies such as PROSCI or PCI, with the ability to tailor approaches to suit different audiences and contexts.
  • Proven ability to design change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness planning.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to influence, coach, and support leaders through change.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and keep change initiatives on track.
