
Change Delivery Lead

- 3-5 years' experience planning and implementing change management within cross functional transformation programs.
- A strong grasp of change methodologies such as PROSCI or PCI, with the ability to tailor approaches to suit different audiences and contexts.
- Proven ability to design change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness planning.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to influence, coach, and support leaders through change.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and keep change initiatives on track.
