- Lead and mentor a team of up to four change practitioners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement change strategies.
- Hands on delivery of change activities, including communications, engagement, and learning resources.
- Oversee a program view of change, addressing impacts, benefits, risks, and issues at the strategic level.
- Integrate change efforts with portfolio, program, and project leads across ASIC.
- Coach business leaders, build strong stakeholder coalitions, and drive strategic change.
- Manage change resource allocation to support initiatives and ongoing activities efficiently.
- Define initiative vision and benefits, guiding business areas in achieving intended outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change and business readiness outcomes.
- Provide reports, presentations, and committee updates on change progress at project and program levels.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management/Communications/Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
- Extensive background in organisational change within complex business and project environments.
- Change management certification such as Prosci highly regarded.
- Experience coaching people on standards and change practices.
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience in project management highly regarded.
- Experience working in fast paced project and agile environments.
