- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across machinery and building infrastructure
- Attend and respond to breakdowns, conducting fault diagnosis using PLC software
- Maintain and troubleshoot VSDs/VFDs and other automation components
- Complete scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Inspect and maintain electrical distribution boards and low-voltage systems
- Carry out project work, shutdown maintenance, and electrical upgrades as directed
- Ensure maintenance logs, breakdown records, and work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Conduct thermographic testing and monitor power factor correction systems
- Adhere to safety procedures and participate in site risk assessments
- Participate in on-call roster and assist other trades when required
- Contribute to reliability improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Current unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrical experience (domestic or commercial-only experience will not be considered)
- Strong knowledge and experience with PLCs, VSDs, automation, and robotics
- Forklift, boom lift, or EWP licence (desirable)
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work across trades when needed
- Strong understanding of WHS and risk management in industrial environments
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
