- Provide advice on contract negotiation, drafting, and governance throughout the full life-cycle.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and compliance risks.
- Mentor and support team members, sharing expertise and building capability.
- 5+ years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, and governance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in investigations, compliance, or risk management will be highly regarded.
- Professional certifications such as World Commerce & Contracting (WCC/IACCM) or NCMA are a plus.
