Prior experience in a high-level collections role is essential!

Collecting on invoices minimum 7 days overdue
Completing credit checks
Speaking with liquidators or companies going through de-registration
Skip tracing and financial report writing
Processing direct debits
Making referrals for legal action

This is a credit collections role with a combination of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. Please note these are highly complex calls and not a is not a high volume role.What’s in it for you?

About you:

Collections experience is essential
Intermediate Excel experience
Ability to use multiple systems and screens
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
A positive and resilient attitude
