- Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and meaningful interactions;
- Cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with referral sources to drive business growth and retention;
- Assess and analyse client investment objectives, timeframes, and risk tolerance to inform strategy;
- Act as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external service providers;
- Create, present, and regularly update comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals;
- Support the creation and refinement of internal policies, workflows, and advice templates to enhance operational efficiency;
- Conduct product reviews and manage client accounts, including superannuation and insurance assessments, policy lodgements, cancellations, and updates to existing accounts;
- Must be FASEA qualified and eligible to be on the Financial Adviser Register;
- Solid understanding of the financial planning process
- Experience in successfully managing an existing book of clients and executing client retention strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM System;
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of reliability and dependability;
- Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning software preferred.
