About the CompanyOur client is a financial services provider offering tailored advice to retail, wholesale, and professional clients. Their services include investment, superannuation and pension planning, insurance, estate planning, and strategic tax-saving solutions, delivered with a focus on each client’s unique goals and objectives.Our client is seeking a Financial Adviser who embraces a client-centric approach and will take over an existing book of clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and meaningful interactions;
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with referral sources to drive business growth and retention;
  • Assess and analyse client investment objectives, timeframes, and risk tolerance to inform strategy;
  • Act as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external service providers;
  • Create, present, and regularly update comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals;
  • Support the creation and refinement of internal policies, workflows, and advice templates to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Conduct product reviews and manage client accounts, including superannuation and insurance assessments, policy lodgements, cancellations, and updates to existing accounts;
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Must be FASEA qualified and eligible to be on the Financial Adviser Register;
  • Solid understanding of the financial planning process
  • Experience in successfully managing an existing book of clients and executing client retention strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM System;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of reliability and dependability;
  • Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning software preferred.
