This role ensures optimal functionality, exceptional employee experience, and alignment with organisational objectives whilst serving as a key contact for workplace-related matters.A snapshot of the role:Deliver superior customer service and maintain regular client communicationManage 2 direct reportsOversee contractor performance and assist with vendor procurement processesManage purchase orders, invoice verification, and workplace budget optimisationConduct regular safety audits and ensure regulatory complianceImplement best practice operations and oversee daily workplace functionsMaintain premises in excellent condition and provide reception supportCoordinate kitchen operations, consumables, and meeting room bookingsSupport property risk management and business continuity planningFollow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocolsEnsure compliance with JLL business conduct guidelines and proceduresWhat you will bringWe're seeking a professional with strong customer service experience who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels whilst maintaining excellent organisational standards.
