- Provide operational advice, support, and solutions on people matters to maintain cultural aspirations and build leadership capability.
- Implement strategies and initiatives across talent planning, learning and development, culture, employment relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Partner with leaders to support key ER/IR processes including performance management, absenteeism, workplace investigations, medical terminations, grievances, and EA negotiations.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure minimal industrial impact, strong employee engagement, and business continuity.
- Lead and coordinate training initiatives, particularly those aligned with the Supply Chain learning framework.
- Contribute to the development of, and facilitate, training for operational leaders to build leadership capability and behaviors.
- Participate in and lead local and organisation-wide People and Culture initiatives and projects.
- Provide relevant people metrics and advice to key stakeholders to support informed workforce planning decisions.
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR functions, ideally within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering HR initiatives and programs, especially in onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement.
- Experience in implementing and improving learning frameworks and systems.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Bargaining processes and negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of WH&S practices and preventative measures.
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen and a customer-focused approach.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
